This Privacy Policy explains how Aromatica360° (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Aromatica360° mobile app (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to this policy. If you have any questions, contact us at info@aromatica360.com.

1. Who we are

Aromatica360° is a luxury fragrance and essential-oils brand, operated by Aromatica For Supplies and Services (Cairo, Egypt). Our App connects to our Shopify store so you can browse products, place orders, manage your account, earn and redeem loyalty rewards, and receive reminders.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide:

  • Account details — name, email address, and password when you create or sign in to an account (managed through Shopify customer accounts).
  • Shipping and billing addresses and phone number when you place an order.
  • Order information — the products you buy and your order history.

Information collected automatically:

  • Device and usage information — basic technical data needed to run the App.
  • Loyalty data — your points balance is calculated from your purchases; we store a record of rewards you redeem.
  • Reminders — reorder reminders and notification preferences are stored on your device.

Payment information: We do not collect or store your card details. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Checkout and our payment providers (Paymob, PayPal), who handle your card information directly.

3. How we use your information

  • Provide the App and process your orders through Shopify;
  • Manage your account, order history, and saved addresses;
  • Operate the loyalty program (calculate points, issue reward discount codes);
  • Send reminders and notifications you’ve enabled, which you can turn off any time in the App’s settings;
  • Provide customer support and respond to your requests;
  • Maintain the security and proper functioning of the App.

4. Service providers we share data with

  • Shopify — e-commerce platform (catalog, accounts, orders, checkout).
  • Paymob and PayPal — payment processing.
  • Supabase — secure storage of loyalty points/redemption records and account-deletion requests.
  • Expo / Apple / Google — to deliver push notifications (if enabled).

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App and comply with legal obligations. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data, subject to records we are legally required to keep (such as order/tax records).

6. Your rights

You may access or update your account details and addresses in the App or via Shopify, manage notifications in the App’s reminder settings, and delete your account (see below). Depending on your location, you may have additional rights. To exercise them, contact info@aromatica360.com.

7. Deleting your account

You can delete your account directly in the App: go to Account → Delete my account. This signs you out and submits a deletion request; we delete your personal data within 30 days, except information we must retain by law (e.g., completed order and tax records). You can also email info@aromatica360.com to request deletion.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. Payment data is handled by PCI-compliant providers, and access to loyalty data is restricted through secure server functions. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

9. Children

The App is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

10. International data transfers

Your information may be processed on servers located outside Egypt (e.g., by Shopify, Supabase, or our payment providers). We take steps to ensure your data is handled in line with this policy.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated in the App.
